Quality & Size

How do I know which size to order?

We know how important it is for a garment to fit properly and feel right, so we've taken time to explain a garment’s fit, style and material on each item’s page. If you do have any other questions relating to fit, materials or want specific measurements, just give us a shout at

What quality can I expect from KYIO products?

Quality is extremely important to us and that's why we have chosen to work sustainably using 100% GOTS certified organic cotton.

Our garment production is slow and intentional, so we create less waste. By sacrificing high volume turnover, the result is higher quality pieces that last longer and wear well.

Do KYIO offer maternity sizes?

AnswerWhile we don’t have a specific maternity range, some of our garments aredesigned with more relaxed and comfortable fits. You can find moreinformation on the fit of the product in the description and in ouronline size guide. We always welcome feedback on our collections. If youcan’t find the size for you, please let our customer service team know.

What does sustainability mean to KYIO?

At KYIO we're really conscious about the materials we use and our production methods. Our garment production is slow and intentional, so we create less waste. By sacrificing high volume turnover, the result is higher quality pieces that last longer and wear well.

We adore kindness in people and our planet deserves our utmost kindness, so we have chosen to work sustainably using 100% GOTS certified organic cotton.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’tquite right, you have 28 days to send it back to us.

Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll be sent aconfirmation email to let you know. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method that you used to pay, within 14 days of your return. We ask that items
are returned clean, unworn, free of odour and have all their tags on. Please note that we do not offer an exchange service.


Delivery costs are not included in your refund. All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that lost in transit. Please if possible, return them in the same box they were sent out in, this helps us to cut down on waste.

How will my parcel be delivered, and how long does delivery take?

We offer Express (2-3 days) delivery depending on location.

How do I track the status of my order?

When you make your purchase, you'll then receive an Order Confirmation email detailing your items. We'll then hand pack your order and express deliver with 2-3 days. If there are any unforeseen issues we'll get in touch or else you can give us a shout at info@knowyourselfinsideout.com

Can I make any changes to my order now it has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, it's sadly not possible to amend/add any
items included in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address. But reach out to us at info@knowyourselfinsideout.com and we'll do our very best to help :)

What payment options do you offer?

You can choose to pay using all major credit and debit card payment methods, or with PayPal. Please see the bottom of our website for all cards we accept.

Where do I add my discount code / Gift card code?

Click through from the Shopping Bag page to Checkout page, you’ll see ‘Gift Card’ under Order Summary. You can enter the code here before proceeding to Shipping. If the code isn’t working, please check it has been spelled correctly and no extra spaces or characters have been added. If it's still not working, reach out to us at info@knowyourselfinsideout.com and we'll be more than happy to help!
